A Building Survey includes details of ­

n Major and minor defects and what they could mean

n The possible cost of repairs

n Results of damp testing on walls

n Damage to timbers ­ including woodworm and rot

n The condition of damp-proofing, insulation and drainage (though drains aren’t tested)

n Technical information on the construction of the property and the materials used

n The location

n Recommendations for any further special inspections.

A Building Survey doesn’t include a valuation. We can provide this separately if needed.
